26 7 月 家長心聲

Dear Principal Jojo Chong,
As Ilma’s journey at Western Pacific Kindergarten concludes, we reflect with gratitude on the school’s profound impact. Over three years, she blossomed in an environment that masterfully balanced creativity, ethics, and intellectual discovery—a testament to your visionary leadership.
The teachers’ innovative approach made learning dynamic and meaningful. From crafting festive art projects to role-playing moral dilemmas, every activity nurtured curiosity and critical thinking. Lessons on empathy (caring for family, peers, and marginalized communities) and hygiene were seamlessly woven into play, fostering habits Ilma now practices proudly.
Experiential learning truly set the school apart. Visits to museums, fire stations, and CLP installations sparked her interest in science and technology, while nature outings and creative recycling tasks (like repurposing materials) highlighted environmental stewardship—a value close to our work in material science. The balance of historical exploration and futuristic themes, such as space missions, taught her to respect the past while dreaming boldly.
As a non-Chinese parent, I deeply appreciated the inclusive ethos. Cross-cultural collaborations and daily updates ensured I stayed engaged, despite language barriers. Ilma now embraces diversity, teamwork, and responsibility—qualities that mirror Hong Kong’s vibrant, global spirit.
Western Pacific Kindergarten has gifted Ilma more than knowledge; it has shaped her character. Thank you for fostering a generation of compassionate, creative problem-solvers ready to tackle tomorrow’s challenges.
With sincere appreciation,
Dr. Irum FIRDOUS &Dr. Muhammad FAHIM
